Project Description: Rig Modification - 6th Generation Ultra Deepwater Drillship & Operational Oversight.

Scope of Work: Assembled a multi-disciplined project team to intervene and recover a failing project, namely managing the EPC modification of Frida 1 to enable a shallow water drilling capability.

At its peak, XWells was responsible for managing a workforce of 200 personnel, including multiple contractors covering various disciplines.
