Project Description: Management Consultancy

Scope of Work: XWells was contracted to undertake due diligence on a CO2 plant in Nigeria and to prepare a business case for plant expansion. The due diligence included a technical and financial assessment, with verification of future CO2 offtake through direct engagement with a key client.

Project Outcome: The consultancy scope was completed, including the preparation of the business case to the satisfaction of ATS Logistics. The business case was deemed bankable, and XWells connected the client to sources of financing.
